Ladies Night April 13th Clovelly

Ladies!

Join us on April 13th at Clovelly Beach for an evening of play, letting our hair down, and ELEVATING together.

We will begin the evening fuelling up with some powerful Himalayan BREATHWORK. Breathwork is an incredible way to awaken life force in our systems, move any stuck energy, and come home to our beautiful bodies.

After that, we will put our headphones on and DANCE as we SILENT DISCO under the stars.

This evening will be an incredible opportunity to have some sober fun, get high on our own supply and connect with other wonderful women!

About your hosts- Courtney and Anna

Courtney is the founder of Rise Disco, an uplifting movement experience which involves dance, breathwork and meditation. Through her facilitation, Courtney encourages people to move through their stress and anxiety to find their creativity, positivity, and flow.

Anna is a counsellor, art therapist and Himalayan breathwork instructor. She is passionate about supporting people (specifically women) to heal and grow together in nurturing spaces!
